No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Digital Aura does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated below.

Due to the nature of our products/services — e.g., digital downloads, online courses, customized services, coaching sessions, software access, etc., all payments are non-refundable

This includes, but is not limited to:
    1. Change of mind
    2. Purchase by mistake
    3. Inability to use the product/service
    4. Dissatisfaction with the product/service
    5. Any other reason not related to a proven delivery failure or material defect

Exceptions (if any — delete or modify this section if you want a truly strict 100% no-refund rule):
Refunds may be considered only if:
     1. The digital product was not delivered or access was not provided within 24hrs.
     2. The product is materially defective and reported within 48hrs of purchase (proof required).

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to mail@digitalaura.co.in within 48hrs of purchase. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion.

No exceptions will be made for partial use, partial downloads, or partial completion of services.
By making a purchase from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
   1. You have read and understood this No Refund Policy.
   2. You accept that all payments are irrevocable and non-refundable.
   3. No chargebacks, disputes, or third-party refund requests (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayPal, credit card, etc.) will be honored except where required by law.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, previews, testimonials, and ask questions before purchasing.
